The Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition) is organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC). It aims to showcase the latest and most innovative lighting products to global buyers, providing a high-quality trading platform for businesses worldwide and fostering international exchange and cooperation in the lighting industry. With over two decades of development, the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair has become the largest professional exhibition in Asia.
In 2025, the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition) brought together 2,607 exhibitors from 38 countries and regions, attracting nearly 40,632 quality buyers from 148 countries and regions over four days, delivering outstanding trade and exhibition results.
Special Reminder: Regardless of past participation, the application deadline for all exhibitors is March 26, 2026. Late applications will be placed on a waitlist.

3. Exhibition Application Procedures (Please Read Carefully!)
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2026 Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition) organized by our company. To ensure a smooth participation process, please carefully follow the procedures below:

Submit the Application Form

The exhibiting company must complete the Exhibitor Information Form, which must be signed by the legal representative and stamped with the company seal.

The form must be sent to our company before the application deadline.

After successful registration, save the application confirmation page as a webpage or PDF and send it to our company.

Note: The registration information submitted to HKTDC will be used for the official exhibition catalog and booth signage, so please ensure accuracy.

Payment of Fees

Upon application, please transfer the exhibition service fee and booth rental fee to our company’s bank account (see “6. Bank Account Information”).

Please indicate “2026 Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition)” as the payment reference.

In line with international exhibition standards and the principle of voluntary participation and shared responsibility, companies that withdraw from the exhibition after application will not receive a refund for the exhibition service fee.

Due to limited booth availability, early application is strongly recommended. If booths are sold out due to late application, the booth rental fee will be fully refunded.

Booth Confirmation & Allocation

Upon receiving the application form and payment, our company will confirm booth assignments and coordinate further arrangements.

Booth allocation will be based on the order of application and payment receipt.

Our company reserves the right to allocate booths accordingly.

Exhibitor Responsibilities

Exhibitors must actively cooperate with our company’s organization process and complete all necessary procedures on time as instructed.

If an exhibitor is unable to participate due to their own reasons (e.g., failure to pay participation fees on time, delays in obtaining Hong Kong entry permits/visas, or late shipment of exhibits to the designated collection point), our company will make every effort to minimize losses, but the exhibitor must bear any already incurred costs.

Our company reserves the right to reassign the booth in such cases.

Legal Compliance & Intellectual Property Rights

Exhibitors must comply with the laws and regulations of the transit and exhibition countries/regions.

Exhibitors must respect intellectual property rights and refrain from displaying infringing or potentially infringing products/technologies.

Exhibitors should also take measures to protect their own intellectual property.

Any consequences arising from violations of laws or regulations (including infringement, carrying or displaying prohibited items) shall be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.

Our company shall not be held liable for such violations.

Force Majeure & Liability Limitations

If the exhibition is canceled or postponed due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our company’s control (excluding cases covered in “5. Exhibition Application Procedures, Section 4”), our company will promptly notify all exhibitors.

Payments already made, excluding any already incurred costs, will be refunded.
