Effective for all payments made to the Nigeria International New Energy and Power Industry Expo (NNEPIE) 2026, including exhibitor booth fees, delegate registrations, and sponsorship packages. This policy is designed to be fair and transparent while enabling us to deliver a world‑class event at the Landmark Centre, Lagos, on September 16–18, 2026.

📅 Cancellation by Participant

• More than 90 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 60–90 days before the event: 50% of the total amount refunded.
• Less than 60 days before the event: No refunds are available. However, you may transfer your registration or booth to a colleague or another company without additional cost (subject to written notification).

⚙️ Cancellation or Change by Organiser

If NNEPIE 2026 is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to force majeure, government restrictions, or venue unavailability), we will offer you the choice of:

• A full credit toward the next edition of NNEPIE, or
• A refund of fees paid, minus any unrecoverable costs already incurred (e.g., venue deposits, marketing materials). We will always strive to maximise the refund amount.

📝 How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request – NNEPIE 2026”. Please include your invoice number, company name, and contact details. We will process your request within 14 business days.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed.
• This policy applies only to direct payments made to the official organisers. Third‑party registrations (e.g., through partners) are subject to that partner’s terms.
• We reserve the right to update this policy; the version on our website at the time of your payment applies.
